Job Description:

SUMMARY:

Responsible for safely transporting Residents to/from appointments

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

-Reviews daily schedule for accuracy and completeness.

-Assists with the boarding and disembarking of residents.

-Maintains vehicle logs.

-Ensures gas supply.

-Notifies Maintenance of any needs for service.

-Understands and complies with all procedures and regulations as related to Fire Safety, OSHA and Disaster programs.

-Adheres to proper safety procedures while operating facility vehicles.

-Communicates in an effective and courteous manner with all residents, facility personnel and visitors.

-Perform all other duties as assigned.
